Q: Will the bag I buy look exactly like the one online?
A: Items pictured on the Site may not necessarily reflect exact colors of actual items due to printing variations and/or manufacturer’s variations. Lining color my vary.
Q: What is a Sample Sale
A: Sample sales are an opportunity to get near perfect merchandise at a fraction of the price.
Q: What if my bag needs a repair?
A: If you purchased a bag from us on-line that requires repair, please contact customer service  212.938.0078 or send an email to yael@magnessisters.com. If you purchased your bag from a different retailer, please first try to contact them regarding your repair. They are often able to make the repair themselves.
To have a bag repaired you must first obtain an RA# by calling a customer service representative 212.938.0078 . Bags will not be accepted without an RA#.
Most repairs take between four and six weeks to complete, though some may be made faster and some might take longer. We aim for you to have your bag back as quickly as possible. Our bags are offered with no guarantee, but we stand by our quality, and the majority of simple repairs are performed free of charge.
Q: How do I care for my leather handbag?
A: Our handbags are designed for the active and adventurous, and we firmly believe that ordinary wear and tear confers upon your handbag the layer of a life well lived, and that this is a good thing. We do, however, recommend the following:
1. Magic Rub Eraser – Yes, Magic Rub erasers are magic! Gently rub over the affected area to pull up some unpleasant marks.
2. Coach Leather Cleaner – Coach or any other high-quality leather cleaner will remove scuffs on your leather.
3. For anything more than minor scuffs or marks, please see a leather care professional!
4. Condition your bags once a year with high-quality leather cream.
5. If you intend to put your bag away for a season, be sure to store it in a dustcover.
